Polish Metal Effect in Photoshop 7

In this article I'll show you how to make the background as the the polish metal.

Step 1.
Create a new document with the size 200X200 pixels and with the white background.

Step 2.
Apply Filter > Noise > Add noise with the parameters: Amount: ~115, Gaussian, Monochromatic.

Step 3.
Apply Filter > Blur > Motion Blur with the parameters: Angle: -45; Distance: 200. ( Set the parameter Distance no less then the size of your document).

Step 4.
Apply Filter > Stylize > Emboss with the parameters: Angle: 45; Height: 2; Amount: 35%.

Step 5.
Apply Image > Adjust > Hue/Saturation with the parameters: Hue: -190; Saturation: 20. And that's it.
